Pink dolphins are frequently seen in the Cuyabeno River, especially during sunset canoe rides. While wildlife sightings are never 100% guaranteed, our guides know the best spots and times to look for them, making encounters very likely.

Yes, all meals during the tour are included (from lunch on Day 1 to breakfast on Day 4). Meals are fresh, hearty, and often feature local ingredients—think grilled fish, chicken, rice, plantains, soups, and tropical fruits. Dietary restrictions can be accommodated with advance notice.

Pack light, quick-dry clothing, a rain jacket, sturdy shoes, swimwear, sunscreen, insect repellent, a hat, a reusable water bottle, and a camera. A full packing list is provided upon booking. Don’t forget your passport!

The lodge runs on limited generator power, usually available in the evenings for charging devices. There is no Wi-Fi—this is a true digital detox experience! We encourage guests to disconnect and fully immerse in nature.

The Amazon is accessible year-round. The dry season (Dec–Feb) offers easier hiking, while the wet season (Jun–Aug) means fuller rivers, better canoeing, and lush scenery. Wildlife is abundant in both seasons.
